How long will it take to get my order?

  • Our typical delivery time for customized wears  is 4 weeks from when all details are finalized, and payments made. Delivery may take longer than usual during peak periods. High volume orders may also take longer. Orders of 3 to 5 outfits may take up to 37 days. For orders over 5 outfits, please contact us for delivery time. 

 

How can I track my order?

  •  Customers will receive a confirmation email once order is placed. You will also receive a tracking number when your order arrives in the United States and is mailed to the address you provided.

How do I return or exchange my order?

  • Most Products can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Items must be unused and tags intact. Customized outfits, face masks and shields are non-returnable. 

How do I cancel or modify my order?

  • Contact us within 3 hours of your order confirmation for any cancellation or modification.

I submitted my custom size measurements but my clothes do not fit. What should I do?

  • Please contact us with the details of the outfit. Note that Afrovine is not liable for incorrect measurement. Our measurement videos are for informational purposes only.

I made a mistake and submitted the wrong measurement. How do I fix it?

  • Please contact us. Measurement changes made within the first 24 hours can be adjusted.

How do you deal with Emergency/ Express orders?

  • Please contact us for express orders.

Are shipping cost refundable?

  • At this point, Shipping cost is nonrefundable

My tracking said delivered but I have not yet received my order?

  • You can contact the courier service with your tracking number

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

  • No, however having an account makes it easier to keep track of order history and details.

Is AfroVIne a secure site?

  • Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted, and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party

Can I apply more than one coupon to a transaction?

  • Only one coupon is allowed per transaction
